Scope of Work: Structural analysis, structural modeling and fabrication, preparation of assembly drawings
It is a membrane-covered structure consisting of inclined trusses spanning a 28-meter opening. Due to its unique architectural design, it is a challenging project to model and prepare drawings for. Detailed stability analyses were performed to reduce the lateral support of the trusses spanning the wide span. The nodes were designed and analyzed in a way that does not compromise the architectural aesthetic.
