Mechanical Design

For buildings to be used comfortably, healthily and sustainably; it is possible with properly planned and integrated mechanical systems. As STAKON, we develop mechanical system projects in residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings in line with energy efficiency, indoor air quality and safety objectives.

Our Approach

  1. Comfort and Efficiency Focused Design
Interior temperature, humidity balance, air circulation and acoustic comfort are considered as a whole. Heating, cooling and ventilation systems are designed according to the needs of project users.

  2. Project Type Specific Approach in System Selection
The most suitable system type for different building types such as hotels, offices, residences, factories, shopping malls (VRF,
fancoil, split, central air conditioning, underfloor heating, etc.) is determined.

  3. Interdisciplinary Coordination
Mechanical systems are designed in an integrated manner with architectural, electrical, and interior design solutions. Shaft layouts, ceiling elevations, and ease of installation are taken into consideration.

  4. Energy and Regulatory Compliance
All systems are designed in accordance with TS, ASHRAE, LEED, and national/international energy regulations. Thermal insulation, energy consumption limits, and efficiency classes are considered.
