Electrical Design

For a building to operate, be illuminated, and be operated safely; it is possible with a properly configured electrical system. As STAKON, we design energy infrastructure in residential, commercial, industrial, and public buildings in a safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant manner; we offer solutions integrated with architectural and mechanical systems.

Our Approach

  1. Customized System Configuration
Each project has a different energy profile. Energy loads are calculated according to the intended use, and voltage level and system type (
    single-phase/three-phase) are determined.

  2. Interdisciplinary Integration
Lighting fixtures, socket lines, panels, fire detection, and low-current systems are positioned in full compatibility with architectural, interior design, and mechanical designs.

  3. Energy Efficiency and Manageability
Energy-saving lighting scenarios, automation systems (KNX, BMS integration), and monitorable infrastructure through control panels are designed.

  4. Regulation and Standard Compliance
All our projects are designed in full compliance with the regulations of TSE, TEDAŞ, IEC, and local distribution companies.

Our Service Scope

  • Lighting plans (interior and exterior areas)

  • Socket, data, UPS, and special line distribution

  • Electrical panel layout and single-line diagrams

  • Grounding and lightning protection systems

  • Generator, UPS, compensation, transformer system design

  • Low-current systems: fire detection, CCTV, access control, public address system, data network

  • Energy room, meter panel, common area electrical infrastructure

  • Construction site temporary electrical project and temporary panel planning

  • Route, elevation, and piping details for electrical infrastructure

Implementation and Technical Details

  • Fixture selection, lighting level calculations (lux analysis)

  • Determination of appropriate cable cross-sections and protection systems according to building type and needs

  • Coordination of socket, data and energy points to avoid conflicts with architecture

  • In-shaft installation solutions, cable carrier systems (cable tray, duct, pipe)

  • Energy analyzers, meter groupings, and automation integrations
